Sub Processors

To deliver services, Fermyon Technologies Inc. (“Fermyon”) may use third-party data processors (“Third-Party Sub-Processors”) to process Customer Data. Capitalized terms not defined on this page have the meanings ascribed to them by the terms set forth in the Fermyon Services Agreement or the written agreement between you and Fermyon, as applicable (the “Agreement”).

If you have any questions about our use of Sub Processors or other technologies, please email us at info@fermyon.com. This list may be updated by Fermyon from time to time in accordance with Section 5 of the data processing addendum. If you subscribe for updates to the Subprocessor List (via the RSS feed towards the bottom of this page), you will be informed of the addition or replacement of any Subprocessor at least ten (10) days prior to such engagement.
